Homemade Hair Shampoos

How often to use homemade shampoo is something that most people get wrong. If your one of the millions of people who have to wash their hair every single day, you may be shocked to learn that when it comes to shampoo, less is actually more.

Making your own homemade shampoo has lots of advantages over buying it at a store. Probably the biggest reason to learn how to make shampoo is the fact that you can design the shampoo to meet your needs or to avoid any allergies.

The truth is that some people have to experiment with a few different recipes to find one that really works well for their hair type. Everyone’s hair is different, and you have to understand what ingredients are best to include.

Some recipes are actually so easy to make that they can be done very easily in around 10 minutes.

Egg Shampoo

1 egg
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup of water
1 tbs of basic shampoo

Whip up all the ingredients together and use like normal shampoo, there is enough in this mix for 1 application.
These recipe should be used within 1-2 days kept in the fridge.

Egg shampoo will leave your hair nourished with a healthy shine. The lemon helps to remove any shampoo buildup leaving it clean and revitalized.

Something that's often ignored is the fact that the way you use your homemade shampoo is probably more important than anything.
